A clear, stable and internationally competitive regulatory environment is key to the long-term strength of Swiss asset management and the stability of the financial centre. Switzerland must ensure that its framework conditions remain innovation-friendly, credible and internationally compatible so that Swiss asset management can further expand its international competitiveness.
The 麻豆传媒在线 (AMAS) is actively engaged in dialogue with politicians, supervisory authorities, the industry and its members in order to help shape the regulatory framework. The aim is to position Switzerland as a leading asset management centre.
The focus is on topics such as sustainability regulation, the development of private markets, collective investment scheme law (production and administration) and the use of new technologies such as tokenisation and artificial intelligence. The goal is regulation that enables innovation, attracts international capital flows and secures international and European market access.
AMAS is committed to recognising and actively shaping regulatory developments at an early stage, promoting efficient and proportionate framework conditions and supporting its members in their implementation.
