The Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß (AMAS) and the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) are delighted to be holding the next quarterly stewardship roundtable on escalation strategies.

If initial stewardship efforts are unsuccessful and do not achieve the desired objectives after a certain period, investors can use escalation strategies to try to increase the likelihood of their objectives being achieved, as embedded in Principle 5 of the Swiss Stewardship Code.

Join us for an exchange on practices around escalation strategies. This roundtable will also provide for the opportunity for participants to discuss practical case studies with the aim to integrate escalation strategies within the entire voting and engagement process, as well as investment decision process.
